Homemade Italian Sausage
Saturday as we were preparing the house for friends later that evening we decided to make sausage to serve for dinner stuffed in zucchini. It turned out wonderful and we as a family spent quality time in the kitchen together.
Italian Sausage
- 2lb ground pork
- 1 tbls salt
- 1 tbls ground fennel seed
- 1.5 tbls sweet paprika
- 1 tbls finely minced fresh garlic
- 1 tbls sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 tbls red wine vinegar
